Specify a Micro Circular subsea cable assembly

Choose this range when your equipment has a Micro Circular mating interface or the connection needs to fit a compact instrument installation. Start with the mating part reference; “Micro” alone does not establish the contact layout, gender or pin assignment.

Match the equipment interface
Provide the mating connector reference and its drawing. Confirm contact count, male or female contacts, keying and any retention arrangement. Keep the mounting thread separate from the connector-family description.
Check the connected envelope
Allow for the plug, cable exit, bend and handling access. A compact connector still needs room to mate and space for strain relief; show nearby brackets or housings on the installation sketch.
Define what the conductors carry
List each pin’s function and the electrical load. Specify any shielding or data requirements rather than assuming that matching contact counts produces an equivalent cable.

Can I choose a mating lead from a photograph?

A photograph helps identify the general arrangement, but the mating reference, contact layout and drawing are needed to confirm the connection. Include a connector-face photograph and the existing part number when requesting an alternative.
